The credit card details are captured during the IVR call securely via DTMF tones. The credit card details are not spoken out during the call, but are just entered by the customers using their mobile phone keypad. The credit card details are sent securely over SSL to the payment gateway, thus ensuring end-to-end security. The credit card details thus entered in the IVR call are not stored in our database.
